Updated: pru vit but not
My husband and I took the pru vit packs about 2 years ago and yes they worked. At that time those packets were $89 a box. And while we lost weight buying 2 boxes a month, more actually because they only have 20 packs in their boxes). It was getting expensive. So we stopped and it’s taken 2 years to slink our way back up the weight ladder.Now these elevate keytones, in my opinion, work exactly as the other brand does. They suppress appetite and in my case clean out my system iykyk.I took them day 1 in the morning about an hour later I was in the bathroom doing #2. On day 2 I decided to try a pack before bed(my fasting time) and while my belly hurt for at least an hour I didn’t poo, but y’all I was up every 2 hours peeing full on streams. After 2 days I’ve dropped 2 pounds. Mostly water weight from all that going in the night. Todays day 3 I’ve had my drink and I’ve been to the bathroom 3 times with watery #2 🤮 yeah it’s gross but I wanted to prepare you all for the reality.My husband is taking them every morning and says his only symptom is feeling a little nauseous for his drive to work but it gets better everyday.I’ll update at the end of this pack. But they do seem to do the same as the pru vit which is now $133 for a box of 20😳As far as taste we are using the orange and I mix mine with sugar free almond milk. He uses water. It’s tart! Super tart. But with the almond milk it’s a tart dreamsicle taste. UPDATE: so at the end of 2 weeks we’ve both not really seen any difference. He lost 3 lbs I’ve lost about 2. The appetite suppressant doesn’t last past noon most days and it doesn’t work as well as the Pru vit did. So my opinion is that if you needed to drop 5 lbs and had a month to do it this would work but if you don’t want the daily system clean out it’s just not worth it. I could take a pill and get the same results without the hassle of a daily drink.

I ordered this along with a keytone meter. I can say with certainty, that this formula works like it says it does. After the longest year ever… i have gained almost 40 pounds. I got married in Jan, I dislocated my ankle 5 minutes before our wedding. Then my husband had a stroke in May after 5 months of marriage, and he has not been able to return go work due to being unable to walk, but was released to full duty the day released from the hospital because we were in between health insurance. Things have been rough. I have a lot of thing going on to attempt to help me lose weight. I decided it was time to better myself with our world falling apart. It’s the only thing in my life I can truly control. I intermittently fast, as well as body reset fasting for my migraines (Not recommended for someone without longer fasting experience or medical supervision), along with natural blood sugar lowering pills (Berberine) and MCT supplement pills. On August 16th, I was 234.6 pounds with visceral fat measuring 14. As of September 8, 2023. I now weight 220.8 with heart fat measuring 12.5. I very obviously have a long ways to go on my journey. I started this in July weighing 254 pounds. I have been faithfully drinking the real ketones for a while now and they have truly turned my life around. When I’m not able to order from here… i have found they have boxes at our local grocery store in the health food section as well. I have turned several people onto them at work. Even they measure their keytones. Whether it be breathalyzer or pee strips, you can truly test and show that this works. That and all of them have lost weight (and some of the guys their guts). Drinking the drinks I stay in Dr boz ratio of 10-30 and my gki constantly hits 1 or lower. Both help your body on the cellular level. Keeping your food portions in moderation (And low carb) and drinking these drinks… you can achieve your goals. – I will also admit… I don’t workout much. I’m actually a very sedentary person. Imagine what you can achieve if you have that drive!

Fantastic Diet Supplement that ACTUALLY curbed my appetite!!
I absolutely love this stuff!! It curbs my appetite, I get a boost of energy, I’ve lost weight, and it was an absolute Godsend when I was recovering from my gastric sleeve. With all that, I will say I only use around a third of the packet because it is STRONG and I can’t imagine it being drinkable if you followed the instructions on the box. However, I like that I only use a third of the pack because it lasts longer and it helps me increase my water intake. Make sure to get a flavor you like (I’ve got Mixed Berry, Peach, (which are both caffeinated), Watermelon, and Orange. I like them all, but Orange hits different in the morning, and try these little sachets of wonderment.

Yes to the product, no to the flavor.
Love the ketone and caffeine boost of the Elevate, much better than coffee in the morning. But the Mixed Berry flavor is a solid “meh”. The only flavor that I think is good is the Lemon, of which they are sold out of at the moment, and doesn’t come with caffeine.Better flavors please.

This tastes okay, but after using it for a month (taken once every morning), I haven’t lost a single pound. It probably works better if you can afford to take it multiple times per day, but I don’t have that kind of money. Disappointed that it ended up being a waste of money.

Warning! Deceptive ingredients & questionable company
I thought I found the holy grail with this supplement. I find it to be delicious and it did SLIGHTLY raise my ketones (checked via a blood meter), though not for long and definitely not by any amount that warrants the high price of these packets. As others have stated, some packets come damaged – either solid or soggy and sticky. What concerned me most was, after the LMNT scandal where it was discovered they were dishonest about the amount of maltodextrin they were using, I emailed this company to ask about their use of maltodextrin. I received a generic reply that did not address my question at all. I asked again for specific clarification on what their “natural flavors” entailed, and was assured they would get back to me after reaching out to their supplier. Of course they never responded. Clearly, they are covering up something after LMNT received backlash and are trying to avoid the same. Bottom line, this supplement is WAY to expensive to get a boost of MAYBE 1.0 ketones for 2-3 hours, whist not knowing its true ingredients. Buyer beware!

Wonderfully yucky!
I started using this brand a year ago while I was on a ketogenic diet for insulin resistance, and I’m still using them today. I’ve tried Prüvit, and it’s very similar in effect and taste at about 3x the cost. I think all ketones taste horrible, it’s just the nature of the product – slightly bitter and salty, disguised by the sweetness of mixed berry. Yeehaw! 🤠 But these are really high quality ketones that I hope to be able to buy for a very long time!Recently I was diagnosed with POTS, and iykyk, we must consume sodium in excess compared to the normal body. I thought I would try this instead of paying for LMNT or Liquid IV, as the sodium content in these ketones is pretty significant. Not only are these cheaper than name brand electrolyte supplements, but they do indeed provide me with energy and improved performance, mental clarity, and they stave off hunger leading to slight weight loss, even though I’m no longer on a ketogenic diet. 10/10, I highly recommend!

These Ketones are great – they are just as effective as the other brand at a much more reasonable price. When first starting – I recommend starting with a half packet as your body adjusts! The clarity and energy from these are great!

Purchased for my son’s overactive mind
My 10-year-old went from not being able to sit without making noises, talking, shouting, and rolling his eyes and head all over the room, to telling me, “I don’t have words, images, and ideas coming at my imagination so fast now. I’m able to think about one thing at a time. I like it!”I am not a doctor, nor am I making any recommendations to change supplements, diet, or lifestyle without consulting a licensed and certified physician.I bought this knowing that ketones used as fuel for brain cells may result in more production of GABA, which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter – meaning it can help slow down racing thoughts. (Amaon, fact-check this in PubMed) Some may say that modern diets are unnaturally high in sugar or carbohydrates, which may result in low or no ketone production. My opinion is that it is unscientific and irresponsible to simply assume that typical diets and typical levels of ketones are correct levels. So until I can get my 10-year-old to learn for himself what his body and brain need for food, I wanted to try exogenous ketones.This has a good flavor – like an orange creamsicle.

Everyone is different, of course…
Admittedly, I go into ketosis very easily. I also don’t get knocked out of ketosis very easily. Judging by that special, familiar ‘metallic taste’ I get in my mouth in the morning when I’m in ketosis, I can say that this put me in on the second day of taking it. I hadn’t even cut my carbs at all at that point. I was shocked, honestly. I know everyone is different, but when I see comments like ‘This doesn’t work! Don’t waste your money!’ I wonder if the person has ever been in ketosis before? I also wonder if they are still eating badly, expecting this drink mix to magically strip their fat off of them without doing anything else to help their process? Do they even know that their bodies are trying to go into ketosis, but cannot because of what they are STILL eating? You do still need to modify your diet if you’re trying to lose weight, folks. There are no outright miracles for those who cannot change their diet. Period. That being said, this stuff is amazing if you actually know what ketosis feels like. I only need to take 1/2 a pouch in the morning to stay in ketosis all the time, effortlessly. (Don’t hate me. lol) I think this product is amazing.
