Works great
As a 911 dispatcher, this works very well. I noticed a difference after about a week of taking it. The pills smell great too, kind of like berries. Most of my coworkers now take these, and being shift workers overnight they also work well with getting good sleep. Very effective and would highly recommend.

Worth trying for anxiety sufferers
This has made a difference in my girlfriends life. She has been suffering from severe anxiety from work and has been on the edge of a mental breakdown. This supplement helped curb that anxiety and reduce it to a survivable level. I think it has made a difference in her sleep habits as well, it seems like she has been able to get to sleep easier and doesn’t wake up as often when I have to get up up during the night.I would recommend this to anyone suffering from anxiety symptoms. It is not a cure, but it helps a lot

Stress relief
I work full time and have a 4 month old and three and a half year old. My husbands deployed, and i commute to work about an hour everyday. Between getting kids ready for daycare, commuting, working, pumping/breastfeeding, picking kids back up and then handling dinner/bedtime routine, I am often stressed. I noticed I was gaining weight despite maintaining a calorie deficit and working out. I figured cortisol was elevated and added these into my routine. I like that these are breastfeeedign friendly. My baby does not seem gassy and has not had behavior changes. I still am stressed because I have a lot on my plate, but I am more energized during the day and sleep better at night. These do not have a bad taste and seem effective. I will buy once I run out. I’ve used several pink stork supplements and they have great customer service. Highly recommend.

No Side Effects
I try many, many things to keep stress levels low. I added this to my routine and can’t tell for sure if it made a difference but they were easy to take and I did not have any negative side effects from taking them. I finished the bottle and can’t immediately tell if I need to repurchase but I wouldn’t hesitate to try them again since they seemed clean and easy to add to my routine.

Well worth the money
My mom finished this the past month. She raves about the stress relief. She takes two capsule before bed- it helps her sleep which is really tough for her. She likes the clear capsule and how you can see the ingredients. No aftertaste which is important for a bedtime medication. Plenty of time before expiration, in case you want to take it only occasionally.

Has made a difference in my wife’s mood. She takes two capsules a day, and she feels less “wired” and more balanced. The price is a little steep

Seems good. Could do without the religious packaging.
I don’t know how to judge that these ‘work’. However, I like the ingredients, and the brand has several women’s health supplements that I think are well-respected. I *think* they are 3rd party tested, though I found the wording on their website to be a little more roundabout than I’d prefer, and I don’t see any kind of seal on the packaging. I do like that the capsule is vegetarian (i.e. not gelatin). For me personally, I’m not especially enthused about the paragraph that this product was “prayed over” and “guided by God’s love and compassion”. I’d prefer my supplements to be more science than religion based. But I imagine for some, that is a positive rather than a no-thank-you.

Relaxing supplement, but pricey
I was taking two capsules, which is one serving size, every night right before bed. I wasn’t sure if it helped me relax because it still took a while for me to fall asleep, but I did feel like my sleep was a little deeper. I then started taking one serving a couple of hours before bed, and I felt the effects within an hour. I felt more relaxed overall and still had deeper sleep, even though I still didn’t fall asleep right away. I’m not sure if I would take this during the day because it could make me too relaxed and drowsy. Overall, it’s an effective supplement from a well-known brand, but $32 for a month’s supply is too much.
