Does what it’s supposed to
I’m on day 3 on taking these vitamins. When i first take them i feel a bit nauseous for a few minutes, then it goes away. But i feel way more energized and i don’t feel hungry, i can eat but i feel fine when i don’t. A bit large in size but can manage.

It does what I bought them for
I’m on yet another weight loss journey and I never review Amazon products so for me to take the time to write one means I really want to share my experience so far. I’ve dieted so many times I’ve lost count but the cravings kill me and my metabolism has never been stable. I’m sure it’s genetic because I do come from a family of larger set people and although I am the smallest one out of all of them I am still overweight. During all my other diets I would just try to reduce my calorie intake. I’ve never gone on any specialty diets. (keto, cleanses, etc.) just intake less calories and I would have success the issue is that cravings and eventually I’d obviously end up just eating as I used to and slowly gain the weight back. I’m sure vitamins have a different effect on everyone but this diet I am doing my normal method which is just to be more conscious of my calorie intake and reduce them but also add this as a vitamin to make up for the deficit in food. I also read that it helps with an active metabolism to I thought that may help maybe burn fat faster. I am more than pleased with this product. I suspect that possibly I may have had a vitamin deficiency after being on this product for only a few days and I do have a follow up with my doctor this coming week to speak to them about that to confirm but just from how I feel to my cravings. I see no other explanation but I think my cravings were contributed to lack of certain vitamins. I feel satisfied with food and find myself still counting calories but when reaching for a lower calorie food that I am satisfied and don’t feel the hunger afterward or atleast that I’m not full and could eat more. I also have always had chronic fatigue. I do have depression and other medical issues and I nap almost everyday. I just find myself tired constantly and now I feel more awake. More alert. I find myself in a better mood and again I feel like this could be a medical issue with me maybe pertaining to a lack of some of the vitamins that are in this. But, the last point I’m going to make is I’m already losing weight. Consistently and it feels easier and less of will power. My appetite has decreased and I already feel better. I’ve lost 4 pounds in 5 days. I do follow a more strict diet when I do attempt to do this and of course I’m not going to say that if you only take these and don’t change your exercise or eating habits that you will see any change. But, for a woman who has always struggled with losing weight and keeping it off this is an asset to my new weight loss journey. The only negative I can say about them is they’re big and taste bad. But, since I was a child I’ve hated taking vitamins and the smell reminds me of the vitamins I hated taking every morning when I was a kid but I’ve just been taking them with a nice big gulp of lemon water in the morning to mask the taste. Also, I do suggest you take them with something in your stomach. Even if it’s small. It does say it on the bottle but one morning I didn’t and had a wave of nausea that lasted 5 minutes or so. I wish you all luck! <3

Just okay
I don’t think I’ll order this one again. I take it first thing in the morning and it really makes you feel nauseous. First time taking it I thought I was going to throw up. I remembered another review wrote not to take on an empty stomach. They were not kidding. Doesn’t give me any kind of energy. Of course I’m always tired so maybe that’s a factor. It has a nice assortment of vitamins so I gave it 4 stars for that.

Worth trying – seems to reduce appetite.
I’ve been taking these about two weeks now, and after about 5 or so days I noticed a definite feeling of fullness between meals, less desire to snack due to hunger. I was previously on Mounjaro, and had a lot of success, but gained coming off it. This gives a light version feeling of the fullness I experienced with that. I will say, they are a large pill, that isn’t something that bothers me. I have taken them on an empty stomach, and yes, that will give you a little upset stomach/yucky vitamin taste in your mouth, but nothing horrible. I’m slowly losing weight, but I am also keeping under 1100 calories a day and doing an hour on an elliptical every day, so I can’t say if it is the vitamin, but I will say I believe it is providing great support to my experience.

Nausea/vomiting
First and foremost, I typically take all of my vitamins at night so I’m glad I noticed there was caffeine in these before adding to my nightly pill container. I really wanted to like these but it seems like no matter what I do, I get extremely nauseous and throw up within minutes of taking this product. I may try splitting in halves to start and see if that helps. But overall so far it doesn’t seem like this is a good fit for me.

I APPRECIATE THIS BRAND SO MUCH!
I’ve been taking these for over a year. While I can’t say I feel like a new person or twenty years younger or anything, I can say that if I run out and go a few days without them, I definitely notice a difference in my overall feeling of well being. This may have more to do with the caffeine than anything else in them, but I appreciate the alertness boost I receive from one of these vs. having to drink who knows how many cups of coffee for the equivalent. Plus it can’t hurt to get the extra boost of various vitamins.

BEWARE! There is way too much caffeine in these vitamins!
I was excited to try these vitamins because they had everything I was looking for in them. I noticed that the vitamins contained caffeine when I bought them, and I figured it would be a good boost of energy to start my day- similar to having a cup of coffee.I took the first vitamin after a large breakfast and was waiting to see if the vitamin would make me nauseous like some of the other reviews said. The vitamin was large but easy to swallow with water and the taste wasn’t bad. I didn’t experience any nausea from taking the vitamin. However, I was unaware about the real issue I had to worry about until a little bit later. When the caffeine from this vitamin kicked in, it didn’t feel like a cup of coffee. It didn’t even feel like an energy drink. It felt like some kind of hard drug or something. It was really intense and not a pleasant energetic feeling. My heartbeat became worryingly fast and irregular and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. My brain felt overwhelmed from the caffeine. It pretty much sent my entire body into panic mode. I drink caffeinated drinks daily, including energy drinks, and I have never had an experience like this before. I was genuinely scared I might have a heart attack or something. This feeling lasted 6-8 hours before completely going away.It is safe for me to say that regardless of how good the supplements are in these vitamins, I cannot take another one and I cannot recommend them to anyone else either. I don’t think they should be putting this much caffeine in a vitamin which is in a pill form designed to absorb into your body all at once. It is dangerous and absolutely not something anyone should be taking every morning. Please look after your heart, and do not take vitamins which have caffeine in them. I decided to leave a 1 star review because I had a really scary experience after taking this vitamin and I won’t be able to take them again, meaning I wasted over 20 dollars.

Great Daily Vitamin
I’ve been taking the Women’s One A Day Metabolism Support Vitamins for a week. While I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet, I really love that it gives me all the daily vitamins I need in one tablet. I feel more energized and haven’t had any side effects. The pill is easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and the price is reasonable. I’ll definitely keep taking it and will update my review after a full month to see if there’s any progress with metabolism or weight management. So far, so good!

ADDED CAFFEINE
Vitamin content:I missed the part about the ADDED CAFFEINE to these! These made me a little too wired. If you like that extra boost, they’re probably perfect for you. I took them with lunch, and they still interfered with my sleep. Returned.
