Focus and energy
Great product! Excellent focus, energy, and concentration without the jitters or crashing- probably my favorite thing about this capsule. Also noticing a decrease in appetite and cravings. Just started my second bottle and excited to see more benefits.

I’m 56, female, and I’ve been struggling to drop 25 pounds for a few years. Keto, Mediterranean, intermittent fasting, etc and exercise didn’t work. My appetite and eating habits have been out of control. I decided to try a supplement. I’m in week 2 of this and I’ve easily dropped 10 pounds. I feel great. No side effects, no nausea, no jitters. My appetite has gone from very high to very low and I don’t have cravings. I have focus and energy. I started with 1 pill morning and 1 in the afternoon. After a week I increased to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I feel more motivated to exercise and it’s so nice to fit into my clothes again 😊 I’m amazed. I wish I’d found this sooner. Works well, feel the heat
This works very well as a thermogenic and energy supplement. You can feel it working with the increase in body heat and energy. Makes you sweat without really trying. Good dose of caffeine without being too high on the mgs.

It works as a supplement
No fat burner alone is going to produce results; exercise and diet is going to be necessary to cut body fat. Timing doses is also important, since that’ll help get the most out of it.That being said, this supplement did help with burning some body fat, curbing appetite, and providing a nice kick of energy. I’m at the end of this bottle, and while I can’t give exact measurements, I have had to go to my next belt notch. I’ve also noticed more definition in my muscle tone, so the supplement can help with burning fat.Appetite suppression is there, and is more noticeable in the first 2-3 weeks of use. It was fairly strong initially, but then my body adjusted, and while the effects were still noticeable, it was more like taking an edge off of my hunger rather than flat out suppressing it. This could also be due to the intensity of my workouts increasing, which would result in an increased need to take in calories. In any case, it was enough to keep me from wanting to rip the door of my fridge, and kept me in check with small snacks as well.The energy boost was pretty high for the first couple weeks, enough so that I’d be cautious about using pre-workouts after taking this supplement. After the first couple weeks my body began to adjust, and I was able to enjoy a nice smooth boost in energy without feeling overstimulated. It became like getting my first cup of coffee in: awake, alert, and steady. I would still caution about timing any pre-workout supplements when using this, especially the higher stimulant pre workouts.During workouts I noticed that I was definitely building up more body heat. I would still be sweating during my normal exercise routines, and even more so during cardio. If I left a hoodie on, then it would be pretty well soaked by the time I finished heavier exercises such as squats or deadlifts, nevermind cardio. Good thermogenic effects, but be cautious to hydrate, and use good judgement if you’re in hot climates already.Overall, I’m satisfied. I was able to cut down on cravings, burn some body fat, and keep my energy levels up. The price point and number of doses offered is also pretty good, and since it did produce results, I’ll be buying this again in the near future.

GREAT PRODUCT! DEFINITELY WORKS!
Great product. I lost 20 pounds on this in about 3 months (with diet and exercise). It is strong and I feel like you really need to get the exercise in to not feel sick. Drink plenty of water! There were days I had to force myself to eat, but overall, it definitely works if you can handle the side effects.

Decent results, start slow.
Does mostly what it claims. It helps fight hunger and boost energy. I’ve been using it to help appetite control while I diet.ive lost 40 lbs in 3 months while using this, counting calories, and some light exercise. I’d start your first couple of days at half the dose because you can get jittery if you start right away at the recommended dose when your body isn’t use to it. Make sure you’re drinking lots of water to help it work right!!!

Great energy! No weight loss/gives me the munchies
I really love the energy this product gives me.. keeps me firing throughout the day! It’s a happy energy and not jittery, I get tons done at work. Doesn’t make me agitated. As far as weight loss goes though, I think I may have gained. AND this product gives me the munchies like crazy, and it’s not true hunger. If I take inventory of how I’m feeling I’m not technically hungry but just having the munchies like I’m a young stoner again.

Wow – this is a game changer for me. These are strong! Caution
I have had tremendous issues with focus, almost like ADD, which I might have actually. I did not purchase these with that in mind but more for energy & to help with weight loss. The nice side effect I’m noticing is my body’s energy is matching the speed of my mind so while working I’m able to get through my work at a faster concentrated pace because the mind and body are matching, so I don’t get bored & distracted as easily because my output is matching what my mind wants to output. Like blaze through and get my day job over with so I can get to the fun stuff. I hope that makes sense.These are strong. I also take these with other supplements, so I’m not sure if singularly it’s creating this effect but working synergistically with the other products. I TAKE ONE PILL WITH MY OTHER SUPPLEMENTS DRINKING A THICK PROTEIN SHAKE AND MY MORNING COFFEE. IF I FEEL IT COMING ON TOO STRONG, I’LL HAVE A BIT OF MUFFIN OR PEANUT BUTTER BREAD TO KIND OF BUFFER. BUT IT’S BEEN A BIG YES FOR ME. I give no medical claims. I just went to see a mental health assessor to see if I have ADD, which preliminarily they said it’s a good possibility. But these pills give my body the alertness and energy I wasn’t looking for from this product, but it’s a welcome unexpected bonus.P.S. I do another round of supplement and protein shake around 4 p.m. I have a high caffeine tolerance, and even with that, I am able to sleep and such. So if you have a caffeine sensitivity, start small and maybe with some food.
