the best ACV gummies I have tried yet
I was very pleasantly surprised by these….as I had never heard of this brand before. So these gummies not only pack a good amount of ACV…but they are also have lots of additional ingredients for excellent additional health benefits. As I was previously taking 2-3 supplements…just to get all the ingredients in this one.So you get 500mg ACV, which has a slightly bitter taste as ACV does, but yet still a pleasant and an enjoyable taste I find. The last ACV gummies I used were 1,500mg, so x3 as strong as these..and those had a much more bitter and stronger ACV taste. So these still give you a good amount…but without an overhelming ACV bitterness. Although I have come to enjoy the taste of ACV so I like it either way. But what sets these apart are all the additional ingredients, as well as the safety and quality standards, which I will get into in a moment.In addition to ACV you get Vitamin C, B6, B12, Folate, Zinc, Sodium…in addtion to more premium ingredients such as Beet root juice powder and Pomegranate juice powder. Both which have been recommended for me to take by my cardiologist, as they help with blood flow and circulation, so its an excellent benefit to have here. Those other ingredients provide energy with the B vitamins and lots of immune suport with the Vitamin C and Zinc. So you are getting pretty near a multi-vitamin here…with so much health benefit….plus your ACV. Excellent.I am also glad to know that this company uses higher safety standards than most US companies as they apparently use the more rigorious European standards. They are also based out of NYC, and while I dont know if they are made in the US, they seem to be a very reputable company, for a new brand, and they have I believe 387,000 followers on Instragram as of this writing. Lastly, even the packaging is well-thought out, and a little different from other brands. As it is partially made from recycled materials I believe,and helps protect the gummies by blocking sunlight as well.Overall…these are likely the best ACV gummies I have tried yet, and I am super happy with them. Definitely would recommend if you have any need for ACV…as these give you quality ACV…+ more.

This review is for the Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies – Metabolism & Detox Support with Vitamins B6, B12, Iodine & Folic Acid – Vegan. Balanced Gut (60 Gummies).Fresh apple cider vinegar gummies. I love sour apple flavor, and these taste great! I have not noticed much difference in the way of appetite suppressant or weight loss, but I recently injured my hip and have been non weightbearing, so we will see how these work once I am allowed to start putting weight on my hip again.

Bears with Benefits ACV gummies
Arrived sealed with an expiration date at least a year out. There are 500 mg of ACV in each serving of a single bear so this is a 60 day supply. They have a tangy vinegar taste, and are not loaded with sugar. In fact, the sugar is noted to be a natural cane sugar, and the coloring is also made from natural ingredients so I like that.The jury is out on the benefits of ACV, but I like the taste so I use it. I don’t honestly know if it’s doing anything but these also have some additional B-vitamins, and some Vitamin C, so in my opinion they are a decently healthy choice for getting in some ACV. Since it’s an imported product the pricing is on the higher side but the ingredients are high quality, and they are purported to be crafted under high standards so you get what you pay for. I do have to say that I think Bears with Benefits is a super clever name that I just love!

Good tasting ACV and here’s what’s good …
I’ve been using ACV for over a year now with good results. I do take it in combo with a good quality probiotic.There are so many options for ordering ACV and it can be overwhelming. The first thing I look for is quality and this “Bears with Benefits” 2 month supply is made in Europe under strict GMP, ISO 9001 & HACCP standards. I wish that these certifications were also included on the label, so I am trusting the product description to be true. These are distributed by a company in NY and the original manufacturer is not listed. These are not made in the USA.The second thing I look for are the ingredients – this has 500 mg per one gummy. I find that more is not really better for me and the “super” ACV doses don’t really seem to be more effective. These gummies also have vitamin C, pomegranate, beet root and B vitamins. I am continuing to take my daily vitamin while using these.Taste is important to me because yucky tasting gummies make me less likely to want to take them. These don’t have the super acidic ACV taste – it’s more subtle. Organic Sugar and Organic tapioca Syrup are the main sweetness – these are not sugar free but on the flip slide you only have to take one a day. Added a photo with the ingredients.It’s important to keep these in a cool dry place. The gummies don’t stick to my teeth and the flavor is good. This is so much better than trying to swallow the liquid form of ACV.

Pricey but nice texture gummies
The apple cider vinegar gummies taste exactly like apple cider vinegar plus a lot of sugar – which the ingredient list reflects. The price is far higher than just taking a bit of apple cider vinegar each day in a glass of water, and not at a price point ($40 for 2 month supply) for someone wanting to take this regularly. The gummies themselves are a great texture – not too squishy, not dried out.

Great Apple Cider Vinegar supplement with many benefits. Very Pricey!
Apple cider vinegar is the fermented juice from crushed apples. It contains acetic acid and nutrients such as B vitamins and vitamin C. People use apple cider vinegar for many reasons such as to detoxify the body by helping get rid of harmful blood lipids, improve skin health by restoring your skin’s pH and killing bad bacteria, lower blood pressure. Additionally, incredible detoxification actions of ACV work to flush out the harmful toxins from the liver that hinders its normal functions.The question is whether it is better to take ACV in liquid form or as a pill or gummy. The answer is that apple cider vinegar can be as effective in either form as long as the capsules or gummies contain what they say they do. ACV pills are generally safe for healthy people to use. Ingesting ACV before you go to sleep might help you wake up with stable blood sugar. A study published in the Diabetes Care journal found that taking vinegar at bedtime moderates glucose concentration when you wake up. ACV is not a replacement for medications to lower blood pressure or cholesterol. However, it may complement prescription medications and increase the effects of a healthful diet.This 60 day supplement of 500mg of apple cider vinegar is a great way to try ACV and see the potential benefits for yourself, however it is very pricey! If you are averse to the taste and smell of the liquid vinegar like many of us are, this is the best way to get all the benefits without having to endure all the pain that normally goes into drinking the liquid form, even when it is diluted.

Amazing taste
I love these Gummies, they taste great. They are packed with a lot of high-quality ingredients when reviewing what’s in them. Also, they have a good texture when you’re chewing them and don’t stick to your teeth really bad. You do have to pay for high-quality items. In my opinion they are a little expensive for the amount of product you get. I do like that they have natural sugar listed and not refined sugar.

I have been using ACV for years in the liquid, capsule and gummy form. I like that these include not only ACV but also B6 and B12 in the highly absorbable forms. It would be awesome if the folate were the natural type, but it is a bonus. I like that these are non-GMO, vegan, GMP, have only 2 grams of added sugar and have some organic ingredients. It would be great if the apple cider was organic. These definitely have the tarte taste of apple cider vinegar. The gummies have a great texture and are easy to chew. It only takes one gummy to get 500mg of ACV and it has beetroot juice and pomegranate juice as well. I have taken these in the afternoon and they seem to provide me a boost of energy, and curb my afternoon snack craving. I haven’t had a snack since I began taking them. The 60 count size makes the cost about $0.67 per day.

Tasty with quality ingredients but too expensive to use on a regular basis
These Bears with Benefits Apple Cider Vinegar gummies also contain Vitamin C, Vitamins B6 & B12, folate and zinc. The 2g of sugar is supplied by natural cane sugar and the red color is derived from beet powder and pomegranate juice powder. This is a European brand with a US distributor in New York.I’m impressed with the quality ingredients, texture and taste. I’ll report back on any perceived benefits – the science on apple cider vinegar is a bit sketchy, especially for gummies. More studies have been undertaken for the liquid form. Although I admire the rigorous attention to quality ingredients, $40 for a two month supply will not fit my budget, so I probably wouldn’t order this product again. Thank you!
